Thames Goldfield Hospital.
A special meeting of the committee was held at the Salutation Hotel yesterday afternoon. Present —Mr Wi McCul* lough, (President,), L. Ehrenfried, (VicePresident). The ltevs. P. O'Eeilly and Neil), Messrs Hudson, Benshaw, Mulligan, Frater, Ahier, Mennie, Murray. ALTERATION TO KUIE 8. Mr Mcllhone moved his notice of motion that Kule 8 be altered to the Sect that any subscriber of 5s to the Hospital funds be entitled to vote. Mr Mennie seconded. . After some discussion the resolution was negatived, and it was resolved that all lubscribers of 5s up to 31st of March last >c entitled to vote. ANNUAL MEETING. Mr Frater withdrew his notice of notion re the alteration of the date of the nnual meeting. The annual report for submission to the übscribers was read over, slightly mended and adopted. £2 was voted to Ir Dunn for the use of the room for icetings. : A hearty vote of thanks having een accorded to the president for his Bcient services during the past year, le meeting separated.
