Last night. The Charge of Perjury against Mr Acton Adams. The charge of perjury against Mr Acton Adams, solicitor, occupied the Court two days, and was Ultimately dismissed, the bench being of opinion there were no grounds for bringing the action as no perjury had been committed. Sis Brother takes up the cudgels. After the conclusion of the above case Mr Bunney, junior, solicitor for the prosecution, was struck on the head with a whip by Mr Percy Adams, brother of the accused. They closed, and blows passed, blood streaming from Mr Adams. They were ultimately separated by friends.
