NEW GOLDEN CROWN.
A copy of the prospectus of the New Golden Crown has been received. The
proposed company will hare a capital of £8000 in 8000"shares, of which .SCOO will be offered to the public at 5s per share. A portion of the money so raised will be devoted to the purchase of the property, and the balance placed to the company's credit. The company has very good prospects considering, the rich deposits obtained from the npper workings.
