A cargo of Mauritus sugar has been sold at a decline of 15s for whites and 10s for yellows. , Mauritius advices dated 24th March, state the sugar market is firm, but little doing.
Tonnage is scarce; freights 32s 6d. Beisbane, Tuesday.
The revenue of Queensland for the past quarter shows an increase of £30,000 as compared with the corresponding quarter of last year. There has been a saving in expenditure to the extent of £20,000.
