j After a long investigation, extending over nearly three weeks, judgment was given by Judge HalsV in the rehearing of the case of Waingarorua No. 2. The investigation purely related to the question, whether or hot the Chief Henara bad a mana or claim over the land. The Court confirmed the judgment-originally given by Judgeßogan.
