Last night. Another Solicitor in Trouble.
Edward Francis Ward, juur., solicitor, was charged this morning with forging the name -of the late W. B. Nesbitt, Frauds Commissioner, to a deed of the Matawbero B block. This was the
deed which the plaintiffs refused t» produce before the Supreme Court in the case lately tried in Wellington, McFarlane v. Rees, slander of title.
