The Hon. Graham Berry resigns tpmorrow, and recommends the Governor to >end for Mr Service to form a new Ministry. Ho will make no fresh appointments. It is generally believed that the Opposition will obtain at least a majority of 12. Stdne¥, This day. The awards by the Judges in the classes for jVwellery, printing apparatus and boots at the International Exhibition have beeu published to-day. New Zealand exhibitors in the classes mentioned rank very low, and receive no awards. Melbourne, This day. Sailed: Union, Company's Steamship Eingarooma, for New Zealand.

* Jt has been ascertained that the Douglas, *i ship v/hich left Melbourne on November 9lh last, for London, h?id not reached her destination on the 2.oth inst, although she was previously reported as having arrived. #
A London telegram dated 17th inst. states that the Hankow steamer haa been brought round from Plymouth with the assistance of a steam tug. She js now discharging in the docks, and «o far as can be ascertained, her cargo in not damaged.
