The disputed Hotel Property.
A Justice of the Peace doubted,
Appeal to Parliament.
Ohinemittu, Yesterday. The violent ejection case from the Ohinemutu Hotel came before H. Brabant, Esq., R.M., aDd Eobert Graham, Esq., J.P., to-day. Fife natives appeared upon the information of Inspector Emerson. Counsel objected to Kobt. Graham sitting on the Bench as he was personally being implicated. Graham declined to leave the Bench, and ultimately said he saw no chance of the natives getting justice, so he would procure a Parliamentary inquiry. Upon the application of the natires, the Magistrate adjourned the case to March the sth, at Tauranga, adding that he did not think he could sit with Mr Graham, who might be implicated, but would prefer to sit with impartial Justices at Tauranga. ■■■■' ■: !
