The Assessment Court for the Borough of Thames was held at the Court House to-day before Harry Kennck, Esq., Judge. Messrs Fleming, Dean and Miller represented the Borough. James De Hirseh (by his attorney R. Burra), allotment and building, Haven street, £40. Valuation excessive. Be duced to £30. Same, allotment and buildings, Owen street, £100. Valuation excessive. . Disallowed. W. S. Laurie, allotment, office, and yard, Tararu road. Not the owner. Objection withdrawn. J. B. llussell, allotment Burke street, £12. Valuation excessive. Reduced to £6.
