A NUISANCE.
Charles Pyhe, a butcher, was charged with allowing impure matter to run from his premises on to the public road. Defendant pleaded guilty. Jt was through the mistake of a new boy in not turning on the water.
Mr Mason bore testimony to the general cleanliness of defendant's premises. Fined Is and costs. A WABNING- TO BOYS.
Benjamin Agnew and William and James Taylor, three boys, were charged with indecently exposing their persons at Bull's battery with bathing in the dam.
Defendants pleaded guilty, and were fined Is each and costs. Court adjourned.
