The local committee of the New Zealand Kifle Association are preparing for the forthcoming meeting, and an influential reception committee is being formed. The Telegraph Department is about; erecting an office on the ground at Brightwater. The Wanganui Cavalry have arranged for a steamer to bring over their horses, and a most successful meeting is looked forward to.
