The s.s. Rotorua left Melbourne on December 31st at 2.45 p.m., cleared the heads at 5 50 p.m., and passed the Sisters on January lat 10 a.m. She had fresh ET.W. ..winds and fine weather. Paisengers : Mr R. B. and P. H. James, Mr Mitchell, Mr Pimmer Tanner, Rev. P. P. Pel&rce, Miss JDickenson, and 6 steerage; For Dunedin—Mr Barrmayne Bedle, Mr and Mrs Dewson, 52 steerage, and 90 tons cargo. For Lyttelton—Mr C. F. Money, Mr Woods, Mrs Money, Master Bowman, Mrs Wilson, Mr and Mrs Bowman, Mr Bowman,, 30 steerage, and 45 tons cargo. For Wellington—Mr and Mrs Orr, Rev. F. G. Jasser, Mr Pawline, Mr F.. Wigg, Mr J. Wigg Wilds, 20 steerage, and 45 tons cargo. For Nelson—Mr Price £. Buxton. For Gisborne—Mrs and Miss Peak. For Auckland—Mr Collins and Mr Maloney, 45 steerage, and 15 tons cargo. j
