Last night.
The case of James Hall for indecent assault is still going on. All the witnesses hare been' examined, and Dr Carroll was called on behalf of the Crown aa witness to give rebutting evidence. The Counsel for the prisoner and the Crown bare addressed the jury, and the Judge summed up. The jury have retired to consider their Terdict.
