Last night. The schooner Sunbeam has been recovered, and it safe in the harbour, though still bottom upwards.
The Supreme Court concluded it? sittings to-day. The case of Henare Tomoana versus Hoani Nahe, a dispute concerning the will of the old chief Karatiana, was adjourned to the April sittings at Wellington.
