All entries except the Thames Plate, the Publicans' Purse, and the Hurdle Race Hnndicape—wnich are to be sent in at the time and as above specified—addressed as below in writing, and forwarded to the Secretary, Queen -Street, G-rnhamstown, not later than 8 p.m. on the 23rd December, enclosing fee and qualifications. All entries to include names, descriptions, age of horsea, and colours of riders. Auckland Racing Club rules will be strictly adhered to. Any persen entering a horse, excepting for Maori Race or Hack Race, to be a subscriber of not less than one guinea. All disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards, or whosoever they may appoint, and such decision on all points shjll be final.
