This day. ! Sailed: Ship Invercargill with pastengers and cargo Talued at £9.1.828. The Court was occupied all yestorday orer the disputed Mayoral election. It appears that at the time of the nomina'turn Mr Fish, the Mayor elect, held a sub-contract for painting the Town Hall, but assigned it before the election. Judgment was reserved.
