Last night. At a sale of wool and sheep skins yesterday by the j^ott Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency, the following prices were realised, crossbreds 6»- to 8d ib., Jocks and pieces l*d to 3{d, sheep skins 4fd toSJdlb.
Wm. Hayes was charged with voting twice at a recent election for the House of liepresentatires and remanded. • Jas. O'Shea reports :—Flour, £20 (dnty paid); Adelaide, £17 to £18 lOs (duty paid;; Canterbury, £12 10s to £13; Wellington City Mills, £13. Sharps,ss tods lOd; Bran, lOd to lid per bushel; oats, 2s 2d to 2s 4d.. Potatoes: old, scarce, for feed, £2; new, £d per lb. Maize, 3s 6d to 3s 9d» hams and bacon, 8d equal sorts.
