AFFILIATION OBDEB.
Ales. Wilson was charged with permitting the payments on an affiliation order to fall into arrear for one month.
The defendant deposed that he had only had a week's work during the month, and had to support his wife and family. His Worship' further adjourned the case for a month. DESTITUTE PERSONS BELIEF ORDINANCE. Two strapping young men named ftlillor were ordered to contribute Ss per week each for the support of their aged and crippled mother. CANCELLING OK OBJJEB. Eliz-iboth Birdwood was called on to show cause why an afliliution order, made against Alex. Wilson, should not be cancelled.
. Mr Brassey appeared for Wilson. After some disctfSsion botwecn the Bench and counsel for the defendant on several points of law, the case was adjourned till Friday ne*t.
