Harris's upper mill at Whaogapoua, destroyed by fire, whs insured in the JKoyal for £1350, which will not cover the loss.
The larger or lower mill is uninjured, ho that the cutting of lo^s will not be discontinued,
The Acclimatisation Society have liberated 2500 brown trout in the Mangnhera river, Upper Waikato.
