NEW PLYMOUTH.

Last night. The .Resident Magistrate stated in Court that further sittings of the District Court would not be held until a Validation Act i 3 passed ill Parliament. It appears that on account of certain alterations in the District Courts of Taranaki, Wanganui and Nelson, it lias become necessary to re'gazette the proclamation defining the liniils of the various districts. The proclamation had been duly gazetted in May last, but a m'stake had been made in the proclamation which rendered all sittings of these Courts invalid.
