Last night. , Q. Johnston, Architect of Invercargill, has written to the City Council claiming the premium for his design of the Municipal Buildings, as he has proof that the structure can ho done under £18,000, and if not otherwise arranged he will seek a , legal settlement. The Council last night Msolfed merely to acknowledge the receipt of the letter.
