The jury added as a rider " that the conduct ot the Insurance Company is censurable in so far that the properties destroyed were over insured, and thinks they should generally exercise more care in ascertaining the value before acccepting risks. Further the jury desire to put on record their sense of the great value of the water supply, and the services of the brigade.
