The Bank of New Zealand shipped by the mail steamer 38<L2ozs gol^, to Sydney. A man named Sheridan Hull, arrested on a charge of forging a telegram for the purpose of defrauding Caul ton, of the Albert Hotel, of forty pounds, was remanded, the accused being too ill to take his trial.
