■ I.Lastuight. Courtney sold land at Fitzroy to-day, about two miles from town. Some of it went at the rate of £175 per acre. A number of Europeans have gone to Parihaka to attend To Whiti's monthly meeting. An order has been received by Mr E. M. Smith to cast a 12 foot rail from iron sand, and a pair of bogie wheels. The wheels that hare been cast will be sent by steamer to-morrow.
