The Hon. Sir Charles Sladen, loader of the Opposition, has introduced, a bill in the Legislative Council, providing for the reform of the Constitution.
The postal difficulties continue between Victoria and South Australia. In reference to the new contract with the P. and O. Company, South Australia purposes a reference to the Imperial authorities.
