AUCKLAND.
Last night. Arrived: The Famenoth, Captain Auld, from London which she left on the 22nd May. She brings 200 emigrants. One birth and no deaths during the passge; all in good health. She spoke the Sarah Grice i'rotn Melbourne to London, and tho Eapanda from London to Adelaide, also the ship Agra, New Zealand Ship* ping Company, 104 days out from London with a large number of passengers. Master Murray is a passenger by her. 'Die Ringarooina from the South is detained till to-morrow.
A gentlemau named Hunter, from Melbourne, has made an offer to the Auckland Steamship Company for the purohase of the s.s. Pretty Jano which will probably be accepted. If the sale is arranged the Pretty jane will proceed lp Melbourne immediately. Three draught fillies arrived by tho Hero from Sydney, also the blood mares Bylna and Onyx, all purchased to order of tho Auckland Stud Company.
