AUCKLAND.
This day.
The annual meeting of the Thames G.M.Co. was held today, 0. J. Stone presiding. The report regretted a falling off in returns from mines, which had prevented a declaration of any dividends. £3000 still remained at interest at <3 per cent, as a reserve fund. The balancesheet showed a balance at the bank of £39 13s lid, while the assets were shown to amount to £3269 5s lid, aud the liabilities to only £20 3s. The dividends received during the year represented £36j5 17s Bd, while the calls paid amounted to £513 10s. The retiring directors and auditors were re-elected, and the report and balance-sheet were adopted.
