Judgment foe Plaintiffs.
In the following cases judgment was given for the plaintiffs with costs:—W. Davies v. T. W. Gudgeon. Claim, £18 19s 6d, money lent. Defendant ordered to pay the debt in seven days, or one months' imprisonment.—Vernon v. 1\ W. Gudgeon. Claim, £26, work and labour done. Mr Miller stated that the defendant had been paid the money by the Government for work done by plaintiff. Same order made ai in last case. ,
