OAMARU.
Friday. The Governor, Lady Bobinson, and suite arrived by special train from Lyttelton about one o'clock this afternoon. After an address from members of the Council and the Harbor Board had been presented and replied to, the party pro-, ceeded to inspect the Harbor Works. They then went to the Star and Garter Hotel, where luncheon had been provided. The party went on to Timaru this afternoon.
