1 Saturday.;•;.,' In the Supreme Court to-day, before the Chief Justice, the case of McNamra versus the Norwich Union Company occupied two and a-halfdays. After the jury retiring for two hours and a-half this afternoon they returned to Court and asked that they might be supplied with refreshments, which the Judge allowed, and as this appeared to indicate further delay, the Court was again adjourned. At the Supreme Court to-day, before the Chief Ju&Jice, in the case of McNamra y. Norwich Union, a olaim of ffifX), for insurance^ after six bouta' absence, the jury returned with the following findings on the principal issues:—First, that the plaintiff had not described to defendants the heat-producing apparatus used on the premises, so that the risk might be jostly reckoned; second, that the plaintiff fraudulently misrepresented the Value of the property Co be insured, so far as the stock-in trade, furniture, and \ wearing apparel were concerned, but nbt. of s the dwelling; third, that the claim made by the plaintiff after the fire waß frat)dutejak; fourth, that the plaintiff is entitled to recover £140. Judgment was ordered to be entered up for the plaintiff for that amount. Mr Fell, counsel, for defendant; will more to set aside the judgment.
