Police and Military Called Out.
London, March 18. There was a serious riot in Belfast,
Ireland, on St. Patrick's i)ay. The police aud military were called out to quell the disturbance. Army Estimates. London, March 18. In the House of Commons the Irish' Home Rule Party are obstructing the passing of the Army-Estimates in Committee by taking advantage of the various forms of the House. There is Some bitterness of feeling, and acrimony in the debates, but in all the divisions the Home Rule faction are in a hopeless minority. ' The Victorian Loan. .■;;.
