Wednesday. The sitting of the Jackson's Bay Commission commenced yesterday before Dr. Giles, Messrs Whitford and Bunny (chairman) and Jordan as secretary. Jaß. Murdock presented serions charges against Mr Macfarlane. He was the only witness examined.
