George McDonald, a half caste, was charged at the E.MV Court today by the secretary of the Acclimatisation Society with killing wild ducks out of season. Redwood, Esqrs.) fined, defendant 5s and 7s costs, with a caution not to offend again, otherwise a heatier penalty would be inflicted. f r
