A sir-roomed cottage, seven miles up the Buller Road, was burnt down on Satufda^ night. The owners i) Mr and Mrs Minehin, state they had a narrow escape, and are ignorant of the origin of the fire, which they say commenced in the kitchen chimney*; The insurance on the i)uiWing is £2CO; furniture- £100^ -in thp Victoria office.
