WARDEN'S COURT.

THIS DAY. (Before Major Zeddell, Warden.) JAMES MOBBOW V. DOWNEB AND OTHEBS. This was a plaint to obtain the possession of the William claim, of which the defendants were registered owners, on the ground that they had not legally pegged out the claim. Mr Miller for defendants. Plaintiff did not appear, and the ease was dismissed, costs amounting to £5 3s being granted to defendants. Court adjourned.
