The case of Henderson, J.P., versus the Mayor of Blenheim, for the me of threatening language, was for hearing today, but on the application of Mr McNab, solicitor for defendant, was adjourned for seven days to enable defendant to obtain material witnesses, thirty-one of whom are to be called.
