Geo. Sumpter, agent for the Cly its, has received the following telegram from Captain Bishop :--South Bridge,, 'Feb. ruary 3rd. Clyde on shore twelve miles south of Banks Peninsula, crew all safe, yards and topmasts gone, stern post keel and rudder gone and topsides' started, cargo not much damaged.
