While the tramway wiis running up Cuba street at an average speed%f ten miles au hour, the deceased jumped out without ringing the bell to slacken speed, but after jumping he st:ll held on to the guard rails, and being dragged fell backwards between the. two carriages? The poor fellow was run brer and mangled and torn in a most frightful manner, death being instantaneous. No blame is attached to anyone but .deceased.
