Thames Harbor Board.
The usual fortnightly meeting of the Board was held at the Council Chambers last evening. Present—Mr W. Davies (Chairman), The Mayor, Messrs Bagnal), Mennie, Spencer, and Gibbons. NEW DISPENSATION. A letter was read from the secretary to Marine Department stating that the Governor had fixed the 15th January for first meeting of Board. After some discussion concerning the meaning of the Act relating to the election of Chairman, Mr Spencer proposed, and Mr Gibbons seconded, that Mr Davies be reeleptod Chairman ■tH the annual meeting in February. : - ; : .
