DUNEDIN.
This day. The Dunedin Harbor Board has initiated proceedings against David Proudfoot to compel him to complete his contract for the purchase of the leases of the sections in Crawford streets blocks.
The Harbor Board at present employs 303 men, and the wages account for the last month was £2475.
