Murphy—Claim £1, cash lent, and costs 19s. Brassey v. McDowell—Claim £3 ss, balance of account, and costs 9s. Judgment Summons, townsend v. maingat. Claim £1 Bs. Plaintiff said defendant had offered to ■ pay 7s 6d down and the balance in a month, but he declined to accept it as it was out of his hands. Order- made on terms of defendant's offer, failing, to undergo one month's imprisonment in Mount fiden.. Defended Cases. ■ chablton v. bubninoham. '.: Ciaim £10, for damage done by defendant's steamer to a boat, the property; \of plaintiff. Mr, ...
