.-.,---. . - . Monday. The Board of Education have been driven to an extreme course for want of funds. The bank will not grant an overdraft unless* it is guaranteed; by _ the Government, consequently; the creditors have been threatening to sue the Board, and the members meet tomorrow with the object of considering the advisability of resigning. The overdraft asked for is £4,000 to carry the Board over the year, years, but the banks are unwilling to make advances, and a portion of the money is long overdue by the Board.
