DRUNKENNEBB AND BREACH OF LICENSING "■;; ' ACT."' ;: Patrick Kelly was charged with having been drunk and incapable, and also with a breach of the Licensing Act, having been three times convicted of drunkenness within three calendar months. < Defendant pleaded guilty. - . Fined 10s and costs with the usual alternative for the first offence, and 7 days' imprisonment with hard labor 'for the second. Court adjourned.
