Dr. Kilgour'a. Candidature.

Dr. Kilgour, a candidate for the Mayoralty, addressed the electors at the Academy of Music on Tuesday evening. There was a large number present, and Mr Thomas Wayth Gudgeon being voted to the chair, introduced to the audience. Dr Kilgour, who delivered a long address, touching his services to the Borough and his opinions on various matters of Borough interest. At the conclusion of the address several question were asked the candidate, after which a resolution was carried affirming the desirability of electing the Doctor for another year.
