The Star Pantomime Company.
It is scarcely necessary to remind the Thames public of the fact that the above oompany will open at the Theatro Royal this evening. The Woupe have visited the principal towns of the colony, and have been especially successful at Christchurch, Wellington, Napier and Gisborne, which place they last visited. Amongst the names of the members of the company we notice Mr Howe said to be one of the best "old men" in the colony; Mr Huntley the distinguished scenic artist; Mr Alexander, whose Myles na Coppaleen in the Colleen Bawn is said to be unexcelled on colonial boards; Misses Jenny Nye and Bessie Vivian eantatrices and danseuse; Miss Ruby D'Arcy a soprano vocalist and several others, well known in the profession. The properties of the company are most complete, and all who visit the theatre will have plenty of amusement for their money. "The Child of the Regiment" and " Willikynd and Hys Dinah" will be performed thja evening. ' •.-...■-.
