THIS DAY. (Before U. C. Lawlor and A. J. Allom, Esqs., J's.P.) LBAVINCt A CAST UNATTENDED. William Davies was charged with tearing a cart unattended without first passing a chain through the wheel. Defendant pleaded guilty, and was fined 2s 6d and costs. A WANDBBING HOBBB. William Parker was charged with unlawfully allowing a horse to wander at large. He pleaded guilty and was fined 2s 6d and costs. Court adjourned.
