DBUNKENNESS AND VaGBAKCY. Alex. Phillips was charged with having been drunk and incapable in Pollen street, Short)and, and also with being an habitual drunkard, having been thrice convicted during the last 12 months. Defendant pleaded guilty, and was fined 10s and costs, with the usual alternative, for the first offence, and one month's imprisonment for the second. BREACH OF LICENSING ACT. Albert Butler was charged with neglect* ing to keep a light burning over the principal door of his licensed house, known as the Commercial Hotel, on the 17th inst. Defendant pleaded guilty, and was fined 6s and costs. , ; Court adjourned..
