The sinking of the main shaft, which was commenced a few weeks ago, is making good progress; it is now down 26 feet below the 150 feet level flaY sheet. The rise in the Point Kussell section is now up 35 feet, and the manager purposes cutting out a level to test the lode so soon as the rise is up high enough. -
