Childerhouse and party have finished a crushing, of seven loads at the Prince Alfred mill for the yield of 9oz» 4dwU gold. ■ . ; BLACK ANGEL. The last crushing having turned;oat rather unfavorably, the manager is turning his attention to the lode in another part of the mine. He iB now driving towards the Dixon's boundary. The reef in the drive is about two feet thick, and it is hoped will improve very much shortly. KUBANUI HILL. The manager banked a parcel of gold yesterday amounting to 15ois 18dwts gold. This is the result of trial crashing* Irom the Belfast section and reef at the 640 feet level, United Pumping Association's shaft. OLD SIAM. The shareholders have cut a large lode in their drive, but are unable to drive on it just now in consequence of the influx of gas which has attended its intersection. They are now laying pipes, into the face; and when this work is completed they will be able to resume operations.; The/ suppose this lode is a reef formerly known; as Louis' lode. '■
