NEW NORTH DEVON.
The crushing for this mine has not yet been started as the" tramway has. been otherwise employed, but it will be com* menced shortly. The manager informs me he has 40 or 50 loads of crushing stuff in the hoppers, and at the mine; things bear an improved appearance. The '■ lode in face is about 4 feet thick, and occasionally shows gold.
